Nate "Kryptonate" Robinson Beats Dwight Howard In The 2009 Slam Dunk Contest!

Nate Robinson has won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest for the second time in his career. The 5"9 baller finished the show with an unprecedented dunk over the standing 6"10 forward Dwight Howard.

The contest really was a show as Howard wore his Superman cape and dunked on a 12 foot rim, 2 feet above regulation. Nate Robinson of the New York Knicks countered in his all green "Krypto-nate" uniform and with a matching green ball, dunked over the Goliath Dwight Howard.

Nate Robinson was named the winner of the 2009 contest, and Lebron James announced that he will be competing in the 2010 Slam Dunk Contest. Daequan Cook won the 3 Point Contest earlier in the evening, ending the 3 peat hopes of Jason Kapono.
