Lil Bow Wow Strikes Back...Gives Soulja Boy A Dose of Reality

Bow Wow responds to Soulja Boy heartlessly; the intro to his diss track being a compilation of artists clowning Soulja Boy.

The track starts with a radio interview with Snoop Dogg dissin Soulja Boy’s single "Crank That" calling it "bullshit" , followed by a Cassidy mixtape verse that insinuates that Soulja Boy is as gimmick, a one hit wonder.

Bow Wow spits over the classic "Get Money" beat, going at the young rapper’s questionable ability to be a lasting artist in the game. Basically calling him a homosexual one hit wonder.

The track is called "This Is What They Think About You". Honestly, this is what most people think about Soulja Boy. He hasn’t really proven anything artistically but was a youtube phenomenon with his channel grossing over 400,448,420+ hits.

Bow Wow also released a 6 minute video talking reckless about Soulja Boy giving him a big dose of reality, breaking it down from his lack of respect in the hip hop community to his disrepectful comments about Nas killing hip hop.

Soulja Boy is really being sonned by Bow Wow throughout the video as he tells him that he needs to stay in his lane that's why people broke into his crib. Going as far as to tell Soulja Boy he isn't Gucci Mane or OJ The Juice Man

Bow Wow credits himself for opening the door for an artist like Soulja Boy, then promptly tells him that his career is over. Bow Wow, "...my stats don't match up with Soulja Boy stats. Your not in my league..." .

The video is a long overdue dose of reality for the "rich nigga" Soulja Boy, who hosts a series on youtube called "Rich Nigga Shit".

Check it out:

iSouljaBoyTellem; Soulja Boy’s sophomore album has been a serious flop selling approximately 45,000 copies so far. This following his debut album which moved 1 million units; mostly driven off the success of the "Crank That" single.

So Bow Wow’s right even though he isn’t my favorite rapper by the least, he is still 20 times better than Soulja Boy who should have taken his own advice and "got his feet" set before beefing with a hip hop name.

So it seems like Soulja Boy will be in the same boat as Rick Ross, the "bitten off more than you can chew" category.

Soulja Boy Declares War On Bow Wow

The Soulja Boy, Bow Wow beef over Lamborghini bragging rights has turned serious, or as serious as it can get with Bow Wow and Soulja Boy beefing.

The battle started over Soulja Boy’s purchase of an Alpine White Lamborghini Gallardo convertible, which retails at $220,000.

Soulja Boy quickly released a youtube video challenging Bow Wow to a race for pink slips.

Bow Wow’s response was a video with his Orange Lamborghini Murciélago with matching Ashanti rims and a complete sound system.

Soulja Boy then responded with a video, in which he accused Bow Wow of "fronting" in a rented Lamborghini, stating that Bow Wow couldn’t race for pink slips if he wanted to because the car isn’t registered in his name. Video

It would seem that Soulja Boy was sorely misinformed as Bow Wow’s $400,000 custom Lamborghini Murciélago is registered in his name and has been since he purchased it a few years ago.

Can’t front Bow Wow’s shit is hot and I think Soulja Boy does have a lot of catching up to do on the financial tip.

Bow Wow released another video providing proof of ownership and calling Soulja Boy a one hit wonder. Bow Wow went as far to offer to buy 100,000 units of SouljaBoyTellEm; Soulja Boy’s new album which flopped selling 45,000 units so far.

So now things get serious as Soulja Boy has just released a diss track titled, "Fuck Bow Wow".

Soulja Boy is taking a page out of 50 Cent’s book as he officially declared war on Bow Wow’s career in a rooftop video just released.

Soulja Boy says that he plans on leaking Bow Wow’s new album; New Jack City pt. 2, weeks before it drops in stores. That’s a low blow but Soulja Boy is right about Bow Wow not being a gangster... New Jack City pt 2?

So the beef between Soulja Boy and Bow Wow has gotten more serious than who has the best Lamborghini. The young boys are fighting to eat in a recession.

Charles Hamilton Vs. Serious Jones Battle

So maybe you've heard of Charles Hamilton and then maybe not. I was introduced to Charles "Sonic The Hamilton" Hamilton's music by an episode of Entourage, as his single "Brooklyn Girls" played in a L.A. scene.

I quickly learned more about the cocky emcee as he quickly entered a beef with Soulja Boy over comments he made on Shade 45. Both parties released two tracks and Sonic The Hamilton was the obvious winner, but look at the competition. Soulja Boy?

I listened to his mixtape "The Pink Lavalamp" and immediately realized that he was talented than the average person; there for the average emcee. However, the mixtape lacked passion and substance. Some tracks just seem to be Charles rambling over an instrumental with his vocal presence that borders irritating.

Granted Charles Hamilton is a talented emcee, but he hints to the notion that he is of a different breed. That he may be because he is definitely different, but different doesn't mean genuine.

Is Charles The Hamilton another gimmick being pushed to hip hop to interest the market that Soulja Boy could never reach? I don't know.

So Charles Hamilton and Serious Jones ended up battling the other night in SOBs and I have to say neither was impressive.

I though Charles Hamilton was going to rope-a-dope Jones with the first few bars he spit. Jones went in harder and when Sonic The Hamilton responded he missed his "zone", you know the "zone" Sonic gets in when he's doing his shit right.

I know Serious Jones and he's a good comedy show that excels at punchlines, but for a true emcee he is light work in the freestyle section, no writtens.

So what's good is the industry to the point where the outcast is a gimmick because Interscope is missing that portion of the market? I don't know.

So the jury's still out on Charles The Hamilton and Sonic The Hamilton, but I think Serious just upstaged him here and that's not a good look.
