Drake injured performing live
Drake has sustained an injury to his knee at a concert in Camden, NJ for the America's Most Wanted Tour.
Drake tore his ACL in the past and was warned by doctors that if it happens again he might not be able to walk again.
Let's hope he will back on his feet soon and continue the “America’s Most Wanted” tour.

Michael Jackson International Icon Dies At 50
(CNN) -- "Michael Jackson, the show-stopping singer whose best-selling albums -- including "Off the Wall," "Thriller" and "Bad" -- and electrifying stage presence made him one of the most popular artists of all time, died Thursday, CNN has confirmed."
Reports are that the legend collapsed at his residence in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles, California, about noon Pacific time, suffering cardiac arrest, according to brother Randy Jackson. He died at UCLA Medical Center.
Michael Jackson was an unique talent who will live in infamy, world renowned for pioneering the Pop industry he will be sorely missed.

Update: Chris Brown Breaks Silence, Singer Apologizes & Shoots Down Reports Of Facebook Comments, Jay Z Calls For Support For Rihanna (video)

Chris Brown released a statement via his spokesman today (February 15) apologizing for his attack on Rihanna and shot down reports that he had written disparaging remarks about her on his Facebook after the incident.
"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counselling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person,” Brown wrote.
“Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong,” he continued. “ While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."
He is currently out on $50,000 bail and will appear in court on March 5th. Rihanna, who suffered visible injuries from the attack, is cooperating with police who are building a domestic violence case against Brown.
Hip hop mogul Jay Z also commented on the situation, stating "Just imagine it being your sister or mom and then think about how we should talk about that..."

CNN Reports:
A Continental Airlines plane crashed in suburban Buffalo, New York, late Thursday with 44 passengers and four crew members aboard, according to authorities. CNN is reporting all people aboard the plane were killed. There's been one confirmed death on the ground.
Flight 3407, operated by Colgan Air, was en route from Newark, New Jersey, when it went down in Clarence Center, said Bill Peat with New York State Emergency Management in Albany.
The plane crashed about 10:20 p.m., hitting a home and bursting into a fireball, according to New York State Trooper John Manthey.

Area resident Keith Burtis said he was driving to the store about a mile from the crash site when he heard the plane go down. "It was a high-pitched sound," Burtis said. "It felt like a mini-earthquake.
Shortly after the crash, Burtis said he saw a steady stream of fire trucks rush by him as smoke billowed into the sky.
Other witnesses told CNN affiliate WGRZ they saw the plane nose-diving toward the ground.
Continental Airlines confirmed that the Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 was operating between Newark Liberty International Airport and Buffalo.
The National Transportation Safety Board said early Friday that it was preparing a "go team" to head to Buffalo to investigate the crash. The aircraft has seating capacity of 74, officials said.
There was a wintry mix at the time of the crash, officials said.
Officials said relatives of passengers aboard the flight should call 1-800-621-3263 for information.
At this time, officials said they are not concerned about a hazardous materials situation on the ground.

Rihanna Says Chris Brown Has Hit Her Before

Chris Brown may have gotten lucky because the charge he was booked on is kinda weak, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. But he's still in big trouble, and Rihanna says it's not the first time he's attacked her.
Sources say the Los Angeles County District Attorney kicked the case back to the police for further investigation because evidence that he made criminal threats against Rihanna is kind of thin. Our sources are quick to say he will, however, almost certainly be charged with felony domestic battery, a lesser offense but still serious.
Here's how it went down, according to the police report. After Chris received a text message from a woman who wrote about getting together, an argument erupted. By the way, initially, Rihanna would not tell cops what started the argument.
She did, however, tell them that during the argument, he started hitting her. According to the police report, she ordered him to drive her home and "faked a call" to someone, saying things like, "He's dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there."
Rihanna told cops the fake call enraged Brown. He said something to the effect of "You are really fu**ed up now. I'm going to kill you." This statement is the basis of the criminal threats charge.
At that point, according to the report, Brown allegedly began a violent attack with his fists. At some point, Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition and threw them outside.
And there's this. According to the police report, she told cops this was not the first time Brown hit her. She referred to it as an ongoing and escalating abusive relationship.
We're told the criminal threats charge is based on that one statement Brown allegedly made. As one law enforcement source told us, "It's kinda weak, and the D.A. is not going to prosecute a high profile case like this unless it's solid." That's why it was kicked back for further investigation.
Given the brutal nature of the attack, which the photos clearly show -- contusions on the face, swollen eyes, cut lip, bloody nose, bite marks on fingers and arm -- a felony domestic battery charge is virtually a done deal. That, however, is a less serious offense than making criminal threats.

As far as an ongoing abusive relationship, I've never seen or heard of any evidence of abuse. Rihanna always looks in top form to me, I still haven't seen these pictures but I did see A Thin Line Between Love and Hate when she tried to set Martin up. I just want to know how Rihanna got bite marks on her arm and fingers? This boy Chris fights like he dances.

Did a Text Message Cause Chris Brown And Rihanna Fight
The new buzz (no pun intended) around the Chris Brown beating Rihanna incident, is that there was a text message that Chris Brown received from another woman about hooking up later that night.
Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ Chris Brown received a text message from a woman while he was driving with Rihanna and that’s what started the confrontation that left Rihanna battered and bruised.
The details about Rihanna’s injuries are growing as the police revealed that they took pictures of her injuries that night. Chris Brown allegedly beat Rhianna to the point where both of her eyes were nearly shut, her nose and lips were bleeding and she had visible contusions on her face.
I think we have much more to learn about the case as it seems like Chris Brown would have had to seriously overreact to something.
From what I’ve heard Chris Brown and Rihanna have been over for about 2 weeks and their PR people thought a pre-grammy appearance would look good.

Snoop Dogg to Release Next Album Through MTV
Hip hop icon Snoop Dogg has landed a global deal with MTV to release his next album, host a variety TV show entitled "Dogg After Dark", and his music will be used in the best selling music video game Rock Band.
“When Van Toffler and I sat down Boss to Boss, a global quintuple threat takeover was masterminded. As the world of entertainment keeps changing, we felt it was the right time to let Snoop Dogg back on MTV so we could continue to run thangs with music, movies, DVDs and bring Hip-Hop to Rock Band.” said Snoop Dogg. “So screw ya wigz on tight and tune in on Tuesday nights for the first step to the next level of Snoop D-O double G. The Grammy-Award nominated artist’s unprecedented deal with MTV will boost Snoop Dogg’s upcoming album, Malice In Wonderland, with global distribution, marketing and promotion deal. The album will feature tracks by Dr Dre, Pharrell and Lalo Shifrin.
Premiering on Tuesday, February 17th at 9pm ET/PT on MTV, Snoop Dogg will host “Dogg After Dark,” a weekly variety TV show. The show will feature interviews with A-list celebrities and musicians, sketch-comedy segments and musical performances from the hottest artists.
“Dogg After Dark” is Executive Produced by Snoop Dogg.
Snoop is definitely one of the most slept on hustlers in the game. The deal is a good look with global distribution through 3 outlets of media.

A Rod Blasts SI and Selena Roberts For Stalking

“ESPN aired its lengthy interview with Alex Rodriguez on Monday evening and one of the topics that really got Rodriguez going was the tactics of Sports Illustrated reporter Selena Roberts. Rodriguez took off on Roberts, who co-wrote the Rodriguez piece with David Epstien, claiming that she resorted to questionable tactics when researching the story.
“What makes me upset is that Sports Illustrated pays this lady, Selena Roberts, to stalk me,” he told ESPN’s Peter Gammons.
Rodriguez went on to say that Roberts was tossed from his New York City apartment building, that she had to be escorted off of the University Miami campus by police when she sought out Rodriguez at the campus gym on Thursday and that she tried to break into his Miami home where his “children were sleeping”.
“There are some really respectable journalists that are following this lady off a cliff,” he said.
Roberts, as most would expect, immediately issued a statement through Sports Illustrated saying, “The allegations made by Alex Rodriguez are absurd” and affirmed that she’d never been to his apartment or his Miami home and that she’d never had any run-ins with police at the University of Miami campus.”

It looks like our celeb couple is going down the drain in front of our eyes.
Reports first surfaced that Chris Brown had been in an altercation with a woman and is now being charged with felony assault.
TMZ has revealed that the woman is Rihanna; Chris Brown's superstar girlfriend with hits like "Umbrella" and "Disturbia".
So no car accident but the situation is a train wreck as rumors are now spreading that the altercation stemmed from Rihanna giving Chris Brown Herpes!!!
What? Wow, I don't know but it just goes to show that just because they shining doesn't mean their not burning. I call that the "red carpet".
So both artists canceled their Grammy performances, Chris Brown turned himself in to LAPD and was released on $ 50 K bail.
Chris Brown Beats Rihanna?
According to bossip.com, Chris Brown is going round for round with Johnny Law as to exactly what happened the other night as he allegedly gave Rihanna a beating for giving him Herpes:
TMZ can confirm that Chris Brown just entered an LAPD station, where he turned himself in to police.
Chris is being investigated by the LAPD for an alleged domestic violence felony battery that occurred early this morning near Hancock Park in L.A. Police officials said earlier today they may arrest Brown when they found him. Well, now they know where he is.
According to the female victim — who cops refuse to identify — she and Chris got into an argument which turned violent. Cops say when they arrived to the scene, Brown had split, but the woman had “visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”
Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna were together earlier last night, attending Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party — and both canceled their scheduled performances at tonight’s event.
Brown is currently being interviewed by detectives.
Breezy is back on the streets on 50K bail.

"It's official: With an introduction of "together again," Blink-182 confirmed that they are back in the Blink business at the Grammy Awards Sunday night (February 8) when they appeared onstage together for the first time in four years."
"Emerging to sounds of their 1999 hit "What's My Age Again," bassist Mark Hoppus, drummer Travis Barker — wearing a sling on his injured left arm — and estranged guitarist Tom DeLonge walked out together, with Hoppus joking, "Isn't it great to see the Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder back together again?" after the unlikely pairing performed a medley of the Bros' "Burning Up" and Wonder's "Superstition." Barker added, "We used to play music together, and we decided we're going to play music together again," as DeLonge stood awkwardly to the side. Hoppus also yelled, "Blink-182 is back!"
The band's official Web site also confirmed the good news, with a banner that read simply, "Summer 2009." A message from the band explained, "Hi. We're Blink-182. This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, We're back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy. Summer 2009. There was alot of star power on the stage Sunday night as hip hop heavyweights Jay Z, Lil Wayne, T.I. and Kanye West performed "Swagga Like Us" live with M.I.A. who is well into her pregnancy.
The performance is pretty hot. I like the use of the black and white at the beginning of the performance and all the performers looked clean in their tuxes.

"The police department said in a release that the 19-year-old R&B singer and an unidentified woman were in a vehicle in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles early Sunday (February 8) when they began arguing.
Police said Brown and the woman got out of the car and the argument escalated; the woman reportedly identified Brown as her attacker. Officers said Brown was not present at the scene at the time. People.com is reporting that the woman suffered visible injuries.
A rep for the singer had not responded to MTV News' requests for comment at press time.
According to Entertainment Weekly's Web site, Rihanna and Brown were involved in a car accident Sunday night; a rep for her would not confirm or deny the accident, saying only that "Rihanna is well. Thank you for the care and support."
